Thereof information from electronic blocks of memory, as, for example, a radio receiver code is erased. Without a code the radio receiver can be included only by the manufacturer or HUNDRED AUDIS. Therefore familiarize with data in subsection Input of a code of a radio receiver.

| 2. Remove a front bumper, thus address to the subsection Removal and installation of bumpers. |
| 3. Merge cooling liquid. |
| 4. Disconnect from a radiator hoses for what remove sideways clips. |
| 5. Rasstykuyte I will corrode the thermostat (at a radiator) and the fan. |

6. Turn out bolts of fastening–1–bumpers from both parties of the car. |
| 7. Weaken bolts of fastening–2–from both parties, without turning out them. |
| Specially for cars with the conditioner: |
ATTENTION
It is not necessary to open a contour of cooling of the conditioner. Liquid hit on skin can cause frostbite.
It is not necessary to overwind, compress or bend pipelines and conditioner hoses.

| 8. Unscrew bolts of fastening–4–and remove the condenser from a radiator, thus address to an accompanying illustration. |
| 9. Fix the condenser on a body (suspend) so that not to load pipelines/hoses of system of cooling. |
| All cars: |
| 10. Turn out 4 bolts of fastening–3–radiators. Lower a radiator with the fan down. |
| INSTALLATION |
| 11. If new details are established, fix them as follows: |

12. Holder of the fan moment of 10 N of m, bolts–1–. |
| 13. A thermoswitch–2 – the moment of 35 N of m. |
| 14. Holders–3–and–4–put on a radiator. |
| 15. Establish a radiator by means of the assistant and fix the moment of 10 N of m. |
| 16. Cars with the conditioner: Fix the condenser the moment of 10 N of m. |
| 17. Establish the forward panel, thus address to the subsection Removal and installation of the panel of the lock of a cowl. |
| 18. Join the thermoswitch and fan socket. |
| 19. Put on hoses of system of cooling on a radiator with new sealing rings and fix clips. |
| 20. Establish a front bumper, thus address to the subsection Removal and installation of bumpers. |
| 21. Attach a negative cable (–) to a battery battery room. |
ATTENTION
Make active automatic equipment of safety of window regulators, enter a radio receiver code, establish hours, thus address to subsection Input of a code of a radio receiver.

| 22. Fill system with cooling liquid, thus address to subsection Replacement of cooling liquid. |
