Checking of system of release

GENERAL INFORMATION

After each installation of details of system of release it is necessary to make its checking, for an exception of any tension in elements of the system, able to lead to cracks or noise emergence.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Checking is made in a cold condition of system of release. It is necessary to cool the warmed-up system to external temperature. ATTENTION When lifting and car installation on supports there is a danger! Therefore previously familiarize with car Poddomkrachivaniye's subsection.
2. Lift and establish the car on supports.
	3. For the correct installation of system of release it is necessary to make the auxiliary tool of bolt М10, address to an illustration. Sizes: x = 4 mm, y = 25 mm.
4. Weaken boltovy connection of a collar between the catalytic converter and the central exhaust silencer.
	5. Insert the auxiliary tool through an opening (the shooter on an illustration) a forward cross-piece. Lyska specifies towards a suspension bracket finger.
ATTENTION The exhaust silencer is drawn in by the auxiliary tool in the direction of movement of the car.
	6. Level the exhaust silencer across: The cross-section finger should be parallel to a cross-section beam, the size (X) at the left and on the right should be identical.
7. Expose the last exhaust silencer with a terminal pipe horizontally in relation to the car bottom.
	8. Cars with a forward drive: Shift a terminal pipe on distance about 5 mm in relation to a label of the corresponding marking in a collar. Marking (And), (arrow 1) belongs to all cars except for 1.6 l. Engines of 1.6 l with RKPP: Shift the exhaust silencer before marking «S» (arrow 2) in a collar. S cars with engines of 1.6 l and RKPP And other cars with a forward drive
9. Fix a collar the moment of 40 N of m. Bolts should stand horizontally and specify to the left side of the car.
10. Take out the auxiliary tool from an opening in a cross-piece.
11. Lower the car on wheels.
